One hundred and eighty-five Chicago Public high school students and teachers attended the second James Otis Lecture organized by Illinois’ ABOTA chapter at Chicago-Kent College of Law.  Jill organized the program and was thrilled to invite Illinois Supreme Court Justice P. Scott Neville, Judge Lorna Propes (ret.) and Professor Carolyn Shapiro as speakers.  The program was created to inspire students and to provide them with appropriate knowledge and response for the U.
