As President of the Illinois Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Jill invited Suzanne Spaulding to speak at the Law Day Luncheon on May 3, 2023. Ms. Spaulding is Senior Advisors, Homeland Security, International Security Program at the Center for Strategic & International Studies.  She spoke about the importance of civics education to our national security interests.
