Sean Nevin focuses primarily on medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, construction accidents, railroad accidents, and automobile/trucking accidents. He represents clients in all stages of litigation. Sean’s meticulous approach to litigation involves taking depositions, arguing motions before the court, trial preparation, and taking cases to trial. Sean is also skilled at navigating negotiations to secure favorable settlements for his clients. Prior to joining the firm, Sean worked as a law clerk at a prominent defense firm specializing in civil litigation defense.
